Can the inflatable be set up in a driveway or cul-de-sac?
The preferred area is a smooth grassy area. However, paved driveways are also acceptable. Please discuss this when booking so we can make arrangement to properly secure the inflatable.
Are your inflatable units insured?
Yes, all of our inflatable carry a liability insurance policy.
What is your delivery charge?
A $50 flat rate is applied. Other restrictions may apply such as specific times, locations or difficulty of set up. Your inflatable will be set up and ready prior to your scheduled time. We will come back after your party and take care of the entire breakdown as well. *We have the flexibility to deliver and pick up at our convenience, which may include early drop off or late/next day pick up. Special deliveries may include an additional charge.
Can we rent the inflatable for a party at the park?
You will need to contact the Parks and Recreation and ask permission. More than likely we will have to provide them a copy of an insurance certificate and permits. You would also need to make sure that there is power available and that there is a smooth flat surface with no low hanging tree limbs within the area which the inflatable will be set up.
What kind of deposit do you require?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the reservation. Full payment is due prior to delivery.
Do you give rain checks?
During periods of severe weather conditions (I.e. HIGH WINDS 15-20mph or higher, RAIN, Temperature below 45 degrees) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If conditions are NOT severe enough for us to cancel, we will give you the option to reschedule to another date. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the rental, there will be no refunds. We will call you two (2) hours before the scheduled event to cancel or give you the option to reschedule to a future date. Rescheduling due to weather cancellations, cannot guarantee that your intended unit will be available for the date you prefer.
What about the weather?
While Mother Nature is always unpredictable, weather conditions play an important role in the safety. If it begins to rain or storms are in the area, or if the winds become strong (15 mph or more) we ask that you turn the unit off and unplug it from the power source until the weather passes through the area.
How many people are allowed inside your inflatable?

How much space is needed to set up an inflatable?
A minimum of 25 ft by 35 ft. space is needed to help ensure safety.
Can we hook it to a generator?
Yes, however it is recommended that it is connected to 120 volt, but you can use an extension cord up to 100 feet. Generators are available from Little Monkeys for $75.
What kind of power source is needed?
This depends on the unit rented, although most units use 120 volt power source. Should your area not be in reach of an outlet, Little Monkeys has generators available for $75 fee. Our extension cords are commercial grade and reach up to 100 feet.
Can an inflatable be set up indoors?
Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside. You will need to have enough ceiling height (check dimensions on our units) to accommodate the inflatable. The inflatable must not be near hot lights, a/c vents or any fire hazard. Many commercial halls, malls, or gyms will do fine.
Can I set up the inflatable near my pool?
NO, Safety is our number one concern. The inflatable must be set up a safe distance away from a pool or water front; at least 30 feet.
Can I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself to cut costs?
NO, Safety is our number one concern. According to state regulations, it is Little Monkeys responsibility to ensure that the inflatable are properly set up and received a complete safety check. We will also provide safety training if one of our attendants will not be present.
How safe are your inflatable units?
Our inflatable are constructed with quality and safety in mind. All of our units are constructed from very durable commercial grade vinyl with double and quadruple stitching. All of our inflatable units meet and /or exceed rental industry standards. Each of our inflatable units is equipped with a non-removable list of rules. We will also supply guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children that should be allowed to use the unit at one time.
What do I need to do to prepare for the rental?
Make sure there will be easy access to the set up site for delivery, and that there are no rocks, sticks, animal droppings or other debris in the area. Also, area must be flat and free from tree limbs and any utility lines.
Do you supervise events?
Yes, if you prefer us to stay at the location to supervise the event there is an additional charge of $30 per hour.
Are the inflatable units clean?
We clean the units after each rental before it is taken down. It is cleaned and wiped down thoroughly with an antibacterial agent. The units are stored in a clean dry area to ensure the units will ready for use at any time.
